As a member of Moms Meet, I was given the opportunity to try Good Culture Cottage Cheese. I was able to try the pineapple, strawberry, and blueberry. The product was not easy to find and they did not carry the peach. I had to go to 5 different stores to finally find the product. At first glance the product is awesome. It basically covers all the things conscientious foodies look for when picking a product.
Now for taste... It tastes amazing! The fruit looks and tastes like real fruit. It isn't that over sweet processed fruit you find at the bottom of most other prepackaged foods. The strawberries were not BRIGHT red, but more of a natural pink color. The sweetest of the three I tried would have been the blueberry. The pineapple and strawberry had a lighter flavor.
The cottage cheese texture was great. The curds were small, and it is thick and creamy!
I love this product all around! From the real food aspect of it, the delicious taste, to all the added benefits of this product opposed to yogurt. But another nice thing is that the packages are 100% recyclable and 1% of the sales of each cup goes to a global network of non-profit organizations dedicated to the environment!
