How I got started:

I have not been blogging for very long. I launched my blog as the Coffee Addicted Mom of 6 in March 2018 and then revamped and renamed it to A Brewed Awakening (A Mommy Blog) in August 2018. I believe I have a unique perspective on the parenting lifestyle since I have such a large family. I"ve also been through a good bit in my life and believe I can be an inspiration to other people and other parents. I started this blog to share my stories and experiences raising my family!

Advice for new bloggers

• Set up a schedule. Blogging, social media, growing your blog...it can all get overwhelming! Try to set up a schedule for when you can create content and when you can post on social media. I started using a bullet journal recently to help keep track of growing here, posting on social media, scheduling out my days/week, and tracking my goals. 

• Don't give up and have fun! Blogging can be hard. In the beginning, you might not feel you are growing as fast as you would like. You don't feel like anyone is actually seeing your blog. Then you are constantly posting in different groups just trying to get your blog out there. You just have to remember why you started the blog to begin with! Take a breather and keep pushing through. But you should also have fun sharing your experiences and thoughts! Your blog is a representation of you and you should have fun doing it!
