14 Days of Self Care/Love Challenge


There really isn't much more important than making sure you are taking care of yourself! Within taking care of yourself, you should be making sure to love yourself!

I personally struggle with both self-care and self-love. So, I made this challenge to get better at taking care of myself! I really hope you find some inspiration to start your self-care/love journey!

Day Two: Play your favorite song (and sing along)


Day Three: Cook/order your favorite food


Day Four: Call a friend


Day Five: Wear your favorite outfit.


Day Six: Light some candles


Day Seven: Name one thing you love about yourself


Day Eight: What things make you happy to be alive?


Day Nine: Take a selfie. What is one thing you love about it?


Day Ten: What would your younger self be proud of you for today?


Day Eleven: What is one thing you are really good at?


Day Twelve: What is one choice you can make right now that your future self will thank you for?


Day Thirteen: Buy some fresh flowers


Day Fourteen: How can you commit to loving and caring for yourself every day?
